Day-to-day of the role:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of English courses, maintaining a positive and conducive learning environment.
  • Teach on a programme of appropriate courses, including GCSE English.
  • Assess, review, and record learner progress and maintain accurate course and learner records.
  • Embed employment skills into the curriculum to enhance learner readiness for the workplace.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant area.
  • Proven experience of teaching GCSE English is essential.
  • Teaching qualifications, or willingness to work towards obtaining one with our support.
  • Open to recent graduates and individuals seeking a career change.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in IT.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
