Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of English courses, maintaining a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Teach on a programme of appropriate courses, including GCSE English.
- Assess, review, and record learner progress and maintain accurate course and learner records.
- Embed employment skills into the curriculum to enhance learner readiness for the workplace.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant area.
- Proven experience of teaching GCSE English is essential.
- Teaching qualifications, or willingness to work towards obtaining one with our support.
- Open to recent graduates and individuals seeking a career change.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in IT.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
