English Teacher – Full Time (Long Term)

£150 – £250 per day

Start Date: September 2026

REED Education are proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded secondary school in Cambridgeshire, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, to recruit a dedicated and passionate English Teacher for a full-time, long-term position starting this September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking school with a strong leadership team and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential)
  • Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with the national curriculum
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school community

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching English within a UK secondary school
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A passion for English and a commitment to student progress
  • Available to start in September and commit to a long-term role
