Pay: M1-UPS3 (£36,413 – £53,994)
Start Date: September 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons in English across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Foster a positive learning environment where students feel engaged, challenged, and supported.
- Plan, prepare, and assess lesson content to suit varying abilities and learning styles.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.
- Encourage a love of literature and language through creative teaching methods.
We are looking for:
- A qualified English teacher with a strong passion for teaching.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire students.
- A proactive, forward-thinking attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience in teaching English at Key Stage 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable, but not essential).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
