Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 optional) * Instil a passion for literature and language while developing students' analytical and communication skills * Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback * Contribute to curriculum development and share best practice within the English department

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential * Experience teaching English in a UK secondary school * Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature * Effective classroom management and a commitment to maintaining high standards * A passion for inspiring young people and contributing positively to school culture
