Senior Sales Negotiator
Location: Nailsea, North Somerset
Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 Basic Salary | OTE £35,000

Our client is seeking a motivated and ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful team in Nailsea. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
The Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving residential property sales, managing buyer relationships, and supporting vendors throughout the sales process. You will be responsible for generating business opportunities, negotiating offers, and helping to achieve branch targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering and qualifying prospective buyers
- Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
- Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors
- Generating new business opportunities and securing valuations
- Assisting with the marketing of available properties
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Supporting junior team members where required
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, driven, and commercially minded
- Professional and well-presented
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
