We're seeking a highly organised Estates Project Manager to support the delivery of capital projects, acting as a key link between project teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders. This role combines project coordination, financial oversight, and governance support across a varied portfolio of estates initiatives.

Client Details

Our client is an established Oxford based company looking to expand its growing estates team.

Description

  • Lead coordination of major and minor capital projects from planning through to delivery
  • Act as the primary liaison between contractors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Manage project finances, budgets, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor progress, risks, and performance, producing reports for senior stakeholders and committees
  • Support governance processes, including preparing papers, attending meetings, and tracking actions
  • Contribute to procurement processes and supplier management for smaller projects
  • Provide analytical insight to improve systems, maintenance processes, and project outcomes

Profile

What we're looking for:

  • Degree-level education (or equivalent) with proven project coordination/management experience
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
