As an Event Management Analyst in the EMEA Events and Sponsorships Team, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating memorable events that align with our strategic goals. You will collaborate with diverse teams to support the planning and execution of key investor conferences and events across the UK and Europe. Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist in the execution of conferences and events.
- Manage event-specific databases and collateral.
- Oversee delegate management and support event planners.
- Maintain inventory and order branded conference materials.
- Deliver stand-alone events as required.
- Apply internal processes and controls to adhere to policies and regulations.
- Develop and reconcile event budgets, negotiating costs with suppliers.
- Manage relationships with internal and external vendors, ensuring quality standards.
- Deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.
- Work flexible hours, including early mornings and late nights as needed.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in events, marketing, or a related field.
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
