The Role
Due to continued growth there is now and exciting opportunity for an experienced Event Production Manager to join this forward-thinking team. As an Event Production Manager you will be responsible for everything from taking the initial brief through to the on-site management on the day including;
As an Event Production Manager you will get involved in:
– Taking the full client briefs and fully understanding their requirements
– Advising on equipment
– Up selling and cross selling
– Technical specification
– Use of CAD (AutoCAD)
– Pulling together quotes
– Managing budgets (up to £200k)
– Site visits
– Overseeing Health & Safety requirements onsite
– Main point of client contact on site
– Post event analysis and reporting
The Candidate
The successful candidate will currently be working as an Event Production Manager with a solid understanding of AV production and have experience managing events in an audio-visual production company or event production agency. It is essential to have a proven ability to manage projects from initial client contact through to on-site delivery, including managing budgets, up to £200k.
As the role will be working with high profile clients, the candidate must be able to build strong rapport with clients and feel comfortable giving advice on all technical requirements.
