THE COMPANY
This dynamic events agency specialises in delivering creative, end-to-end live experiences for a wide range of clients across multiple sectors. From conferences and incentives to bespoke global events, they produce high-quality projects that engage audiences worldwide.

THE ROLE
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Event Project Manager to take ownership of key client accounts and deliver events from concept through to completion.
Responsibilities of the Event Project Manager include:
Managing and developing key client relationships
Leading full event delivery for projects up to £500k
Producing proposals and responding to client briefs
Managing budgets, ensuring profitability and financial control
Overseeing logistics, supplier sourcing and contract negotiation
Coordinating delegate management and event communications
Managing multiple projects simultaneously
Supporting onsite delivery and post-event reconciliation
Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and generate new business
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Event Project Manager candidate will have solid event agency experience and be confident managing projects and clients end-to-end.
Proven experience in event account/project management
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Experience managing budgets and suppliers
Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
Knowledge of venues, suppliers and event logistics
Flexible to travel for events and onsite delivery
