A global research and advisory business is looking for an Events & Recruitment Coordinator to support the delivery of its university engagement, early careers, and internship programmes across the UK and wider EMEA region.
This role is primarily focused on the planning, coordination, and delivery of university events and candidate engagement activity. You will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and professional experience across campus events, onsite activities, and internship programmes, working closely with internal teams and external university partners.
This is a highly varied coordination role combining event delivery, stakeholder management, and student-facing engagement, requiring someone who is confident working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and delivering onsite university events, careers fairs, and networking sessions
- Supporting internship programmes and onsite student engagement activities
- Managing end-to-end event logistics including room bookings, setup, catering, travel, and scheduling
- Acting as a key point of contact for universities, students, interns, and internal stakeholders
- Supporting interview days and recruitment-related coordination activity
- Ensuring accurate tracking and organisation of event information and participant data
- Assisting with communications, invitations, and candidate/event coordination
- Supporting wider programme delivery and ad hoc project work as required
They are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and strong coordination skills
- Confident engaging with students, universities, and stakeholders in a professional manner
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- A strong communicator who can build relationships quickly
- Passionate about delivering excellent experiences for students and early careers talent
Previous experience in events coordination, university engagement, teaching/education, student services, or programme coordination would be highly beneficial.
A degree in Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field would be advantageous.
