THE ROLE
As Event Coordinator, you’ll play a key role within the event delivery team, helping to create exceptional experiences for clients across a variety of corporate events and private functions. Working across both warehouse preparation and on-site event delivery, you’ll support the smooth setup, installation, and operation of entertainment and event equipment. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and loading event equipment and entertainment stock
- Transporting, installing, and operating a variety of event entertainment experiences
- Supporting event managers and delivery teams on-site at venues across London and surrounding areas
- Onsite management to ensure clients and guests receive an outstanding experience
- Maintaining equipment and supporting warehouse organisation during quieter periods
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver five-star events
- Supporting additional projects including technical setup and event builds
- Contributing positively to a fast-paced and energetic team culture
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Event Coordinator will bring energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to every project. You’ll enjoy working as part of a team, be confident interacting with clients, and thrive in a hands-on environment where no two days are the same. Flexibility is essential due to the nature of live events, and candidates should be comfortable with irregular hours, venue travel, and physically active work.
To be considered for this Event Coordinator role, experience within events, hospitality, entertainment, experiential, or live production environments would be highly advantageous. A full UK driving licence is required.
