This Events Officer role supports the planning, delivery, and evaluation of a busy events programme, including webinars, in person and hybrid events. It is a mix of event delivery, event marketing and post event analysis.

This client are a healthcare charity in London.
Description
- Plan and deliver a mix of in-person events, webinars, and hybrid events across the full lifecycle. In person events would be conferences of circa 200 people.
- Shape event themes and content with colleagues to support health policy, research, and public engagement goals.
- Manage core logistics including speaker briefings (often senior/VIP), delegate journeys, venues, AV, and production.
- Run digital events via platforms like Zoom Webinar, acting as host and ensuring smooth technical delivery.
- Deliver multi-channel event promotion, using email marketing, website content, livestreaming, and social media.
- Oversee audience targeting and CRM management (e.g. Salesforce, Eventbrite) to track registrations and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers (venues, AV, production agencies) to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Monitor budgets, reporting, and post-event evaluation, using insights to improve future events and communications.
Profile
- Proven experience delivering events and webinars end-to-end, from concept through to delivery and evaluation
- Strong background in marketing and integrated communications, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using digital channels and tools (e.g. website, email marketing, social media, livestreaming platforms like Zoom)
- Experience working with external suppliers such as venues, AV teams, and production agencies
- Skilled in budget management and financial tracking for events
- Highly organised with strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and content skills, including writing, editing, and translating complex information for informed audiences
- Collaborative and professional, able to work with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners, with a strong commitment to EDI and organisational values
Job Offer
- 6 month FTC
- Hybrid working in London.
- Salary – £45,168 pro rata
