Examinations & Data Officer (Temporary and Permanent Options)
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Salary: £32,061 – £32,434 (FTE, H7 pro rata)
A strong opportunity for a highly organised, detail-focused professional to take responsibility for student data, examinations, and reporting within a busy school environment.
You will ensure accurate record keeping and the timely provision of reliable data to internal teams and external agencies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records
- Producing timely reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Working confidently with Arbor to manage and extract data
- Supporting the smooth delivery of all examination processes
- Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity at all times
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong IT skills and experience working with data systems
- Can produce, analyse, and interpret data accurately
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail
- Communicates effectively across all levels of staff
- Is highly organised with a proactive, solution-focused approach
- Builds strong and professional working relationships
You must be fully available during all exam periods, including mock exams, assessments, and both results days in August.
Please note: enhanced DBS clearance, satisfactory references, and eligibility to work in the UK are required. Visa sponsorship is not available.
