The Exams Officer plays a vital role in the Secondary School, overseeing the planning, administration, coordination, and delivery of all internal and external examinations. This includes Cambridge IGCSE, AS, and A Level assessments. Job highlights

  • Manage all internal and external examinations, including Cambridge IGCSE, AS, and A Levels
  • Uphold awarding body regulations and school policies throughout the examination process

  • Recruit, train, and oversee invigilators, ensuring exams run smoothly and securely

The ideal candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or related field with 2–3 years’ exam administration experience, ideally in a British Curriculum school
  • Familiarity with Cambridge IGCSE/IAL examinations and examination board systems
  • Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex exam processes
  • High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and capacity to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
