Administrative Support Assistant
Location: Hertfordshire (Fully Office-Based)

About the Company
Our client is looking for a proactive and reliable Administrative & Client Support Assistant to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting clients, and handling a variety of administrative tasks.
About the Role
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, acting as a point of contact for client enquiries while supporting internal processes.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client support enquiries via email
- Assist clients with queries in a professional and timely manner
- Manage and send documents, including sending client contracts via DocuSign
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks
- Coordinate internal processes and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Assist with onboarding new clients where required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Experience within the healthcare sector is preferred but not essential
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
