Macmillan Davies
Executive Assistant (HR Focus)
Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a role where you can genuinely make an impact rather than simply manage diaries?
I'm delighted to be partnering exclusively with a well-established, highly successful UK business to recruit an Executive Assistant to support its Board of Directors.
This is a newly created opportunity that has arisen due to growth and a desire to create greater capacity and effectiveness at Board level. You'll work closely with the CEO, CFO, COO and CTO, becoming a trusted partner who helps ensure the smooth running of the Executive Office and Board governance processes.
Whilst diary management will form part of the role, this opportunity is much broader than a traditional EA position. This role sits within the HR team reporting into the Head of HR and so a part of your role will be to provide additional support with HR activities.
This is an ideal opportunity for somebody who enjoys working at pace, thrives on organisation and planning, and takes pride in enabling senior leaders to operate at their best.
