Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant – Finance
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000
Location: Central London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to join a dynamic and collaborative organisation within the financial services sector.
This role will support senior stakeholders and requires a highly organised individual with a strong finance background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-level EA/PA support to senior leadership
- Extensive diary management and meeting coordination
- Taking accurate and detailed meeting minutes (essential)
- Managing inboxes and correspondence with professionalism
- Supporting with general administrative and ad hoc business requirements
Key Requirements
- Proven experience working as an EA/PA within a finance or financial services environment
- Strong experience in minute taking is essential
- Demonstrated stable career history (clear reasons for any contract or maternity cover roles)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
