Description
- Manage the diary and schedule of senior leadership, ensuring optimal time management and prioritisation.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of senior leadership.
- Organise travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries for business trips.
- Handle confidential documentation with a high level of discretion and accuracy.
- Support the preparation of reports and correspondence as required.
- Assist with the planning and execution of departmental events and initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the public sector or a comparable environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools.
