Company Overview:

This incredible Real Estate Investment Company in London is looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant to join their firm on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a brilliant chance to step into a dynamic position supporting a Partner and their team from day one. They are seeking an exceptional EA who can hit the ground running, bring energy and initiative, and make an immediate impact. You will be highly organised, detail-focused, and naturally proactive, with the confidence to take ownership and drive things forward. The role blends strategic oversight, mentoring, and hands-on support, requiring strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness. 

Responsibilities:

  • Diary and inbox management
  • Supporting with ad hoc admin for the wider team
  • Travel coordination including visas and itinerary planning
  • Liaising with other EAs to ensure seamless support
  • Organising, scheduling and minuting meetings
  • Coordinating company events
  • Assisting with projects when required

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in a professional services
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Proactive, efficient, and solutions-focused
• Flexible, with the ability to perform well under pressure
• Strong proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
