The Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide first-class, proactive support to the Senior Partner and wider leadership team when required. This is a pivotal role that goes beyond traditional PA duties, offering exposure to strategic operations, client relationships and business-critical processes. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while anticipating needs and driving efficiency across a fast-paced workload
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level, tailored support to senior leadership and act as a key point of contact
- Manage complex diaries and inboxes, resolving scheduling conflicts proactively
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas and documentation
- Arrange complex international travel, including itineraries, visas and accommodation
- Oversee billing processes, including time recording, draft billing and reporting
- Support client matter opening procedures, compliance checks and document management
- Assist with accounts payable, expenses and invoice management
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships
- Support business development activity, maintaining CRM systems and client data
- Contribute to events, seminars and ad-hoc projects across the firm
About You
- Proven experience (ideally 5+ years) as a PA or Executive Assistant within legal or professional services
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional approach
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Discreet and trustworthy, with a strong understanding of confidentiality
- A collaborative team player who takes ownership and uses initiative
