Hourly rate: £25 – £28 ph
Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Start: Beginning of July
Tiger is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a dynamic FinTech firm in their London office. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to C-Suite executives, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively within a fast-paced environment whilst working closely with global teams across the US and Asia. Candidates must have a proven track record of delivering outstanding executive support.
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive and proactive support to two C-Suite executives ensuring strong operations
- Acted as a key liaison with US-based teams, maintaining clear communication across multiple time zones
- Coordinate complex international travel arrangements and last-minute schedule changes
- Organise and manage client meetings on behalf of senior executives handling documentation and logistics
- Process and manage expenses accurately and efficiently
- Delivering high-quality administrative support and ad-hoc project assistance
Who You Are
- Highly organised and proactive with a professional approach to supporting senior stakeholders
- Previous experience within fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong ability to build and retain client relationships across all levels
- Proficient and confident using MS Office, Google, Slack and Zoom.
- Minimum 5 years experience supporting senior leadership
