Senior Administrator (Short-Term Contract)
Location: Shrewsbury
Pay: £14.50 – £17.00 per hour (DOE)
Contract: 8-week temporary assignment
Start: Immediate
The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Administrator to join a busy professional services environment on a short-term basis.
This role will provide key administrative support at a senior level, including direct support to the Managing Director, making prior PA / executive support experience highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director
- Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting coordination
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Support wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contacts professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a Senior Administrator or PA role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident managing senior-level stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proactive and able to work independently
Additional Information
- Short-term assignment (8 weeks only)
- Immediate start required – candidates must be available straight away
- Office-based role in Shrewsbury
