Description

As Executive Assistant, you will;

  • Provide comprehensive support to senior executives, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Coordinate and organise internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place.
  • Act as the first point of contact for executives, managing communications efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for board meetings.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for easy document retrieval.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant within a corporate setting, ideally within the Energy Sector.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
