Role: Executive Assistant Location: London Hours: Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Industry: Financial Services Days in Office: 4 days, 1 WFH (5 days when required) Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE
Company Overview:
We have just taken on a fantastic new position with a boutique financial services firm based in London. They are a company with offices across the world and a fantastic culture. This role would be supporting a team of 16, including two co-founders. This is a dynamic and busy position, offering the opportunity to get involved in various areas of the business such as marketing, events, finance, etc. The successful candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude and eager to grow with the role.
Responsibilities:
• Diary management • Organising travel arrangements for the wider team • Preparing materials for meetings and organises schedules • Processing expenses, liaising with the finance team • Events planning – assisting with internal and external conferences • Support the HR manager with onboarding • Office management – liaising with building management • Meeting and greeting guests • Overseeing management and smooth running of the office
Skills & Experience:
• Self-motivated and proactive • Strong attention to detail • Ability to stay calm under pressure and managing priorities • Minimum of 2 years in an EA position or similar • Financial Services experience desirable
