We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support to Directors, Assistant Directors and junior bankers within Investment Banking.
What you’ll do:
- Diary management, anticipate changes to schedules and resolving issues, scheduling and rescheduling of meetings, highlighting conflicts, factoring in travel time
- Supporting meetings and servicing committees – including minute taking, drafting agendas circulating papers, and ensuring all actions are monitored and completed on time
- Organising high level client lunches, dinners and events (internal/external)
- Point of contact between the attendees of client events and organiser
- Organise the different stakeholders to ensure smooth running of events
- Work closely with corporate events team to provide guidance, instructions on the requirements for the events
- Support events where required with administrative tasks
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience
- Experience working within financial services.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure to meet competing deadlines and prioritise accordingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple demands under pressure
- Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively with a flexible approach.
- Consistently delivering high level of work
- Extensive Financial Services experience
