Job Advertisement: Executive Assistant

Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to two Managing Directors in the Corporate Affairs department, based in Canary Wharf, London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant team!
Start ASAP, pay £238.50 per day PAYE, Monday- Friday 35 hours per week, hybrid three days, duration 2 months, location Canary Wharf.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange complex international travel and visas to multiple destinations, often with short notice.
- Process travel and entertaining expenses using Concur, ensuring timely submission.
- Manage the Outlook calendars of the MDs, scheduling virtual and face-to-face meetings across multiple time zones.
- Book meeting rooms and coordinate catering and logistics for in-house meetings.
- Organise external and offsite meetings, including dinner events.
- Provide general administrative support, including visitor passes, couriers, and ad hoc tasks.
What We're Looking For:
- Skills:Excellent communication skills, highly organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office. Open to learning new digital tools.
- Attributes:Proactive, flexible, and able to remain calm under pressure. Must demonstrate sound judgement and integrity.
