Join a well-established and growing South East business as an Executive Assistant.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a senior leader in a varied role that combines executive support, project coordination, and operational administration. Working closely with key stakeholders across the organisation, you'll play an important part in keeping business operations running smoothly while managing priorities, tracking projects and supporting strategic initiatives.
Day-to-day duties of the role:
- Provide executive support to the Managing Director, including managing diaries, appointments and meeting schedules.
- Prepare reports, presentations and business documents to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate business projects, track key actions and monitor progress against deadlines.
- Manage email correspondence and business communications effectively.
- Assist with recruitment administration, onboarding activities and support contract, tender and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with managers, suppliers and external stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
- Assist with operational and administrative projects across the business, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate records, documents and filing systems to support business activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, or a similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
- Desirable: Experience in construction, home improvement, or trade-related industries.
