Our client is a leading global asset manager. They are hiring an Executive Assistant. Key responsibilities include; provide administrative support to several senior leaders, act as ‘gatekeeper’ including complex calendar management and prioritisation, filter/prioritise calls, coordinate travel arrangements, arrange internal and external meetings, handle confidential information, assist with general office management tasks and help to organise local town halls and staff social events/parties.
The successful candidate will possess previous EA experience, ideally gained in the financial services industry, advanced knowledge of MS Office, the ability to prioritise and multi-task under pressure, excellent verbal and written communication skills, good initiative, they will be conscientious, detail-orientated and well organised. Please note that this role is office based 4 days per week.
