We are proud to support a boutique finance house in Mayfair with an enviable reputation in the marketplace, working five days onsite, 9-6.

This is a truly fantastic opportunity to support a busy COO and two others with all manner of EA tasks and to additionally assist with any office duties and meetings, possessing that can-do attitude to muck in and offer seamless service to all stakeholders both internally and externally.
The role is exciting, fast paced and varied supporting an incredible COO and senior stakeholders and you will play a key role in the smooth day to day running of both senior support and office operations.
The most important aspect of this role is team fit and we are looking for an individual who cares about their work, the business they work in and understands the pressures and dynamics of fast paced finance.
Duties include, but not limited too:
- Full EA support for the COO and two members of the team.
- High volume diary management and exceptional scheduling skills across multiple time zones.
- Complex global travel arranging, creating itineraries, flights, hotels, entry requirements etc.
- Gatekeeping for the COO and stakeholders.
- Inbox management for the COO and team.
- General administrative duties across the office arranging meeting rooms, greeting visitors and sharing rotational office tasks.
- Processing expenses.
About you:
- Graduate or graduate calibre.
- Minimum 5 years EA experience, ideally within private equity, venture capital or similar environments.
- High degree of responsiveness.
- Confident, willing and a natural ambassador with a positive outlook.
- Able to juggle priorities and highly anticipatory.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Confident with MS Office.
- Based five days onsite: comfortable in a high performing environment.
- Not afraid to jump in to help colleagues and take on extra responsibility at the drop of a hat.
