Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CSO
  • Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with efficiency.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and visuals using advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and process formal business communications.
  • Act as a liaison between the CSO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Organise and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as directed by the CSO.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant to CSO should have:

  • Significant executive-level support experience, including supporting C-level executives.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in budget tracking and expense processing.
  • Excellent communication skills for drafting formal business correspondence.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with discretion.
  • Experience in life science or related industries is advantageous.
  • Live locally to Stevenage
