Role: Executive & Operations Assistant
Salary: £45k – £60k (DOE)
Location: London, Central
Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Contract: Permanent
Set up: 3 days in the office (Monday, Wednesday, & Friday)
Tiger are seeking a proactive and organised Executive & Operations Assistant to join a boutique investment firm. This is a varied, hands-on role combining executive support with office management, finance administration and operational support across the business. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is keen to take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, confident working independently and excited by the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth. There is genuine scope to develop the role over time by taking on projects and helping to improve processes across the firm.
What You'll Do
- Provide executive support to a senior leader, including diary management and day-to-day administration
- Coordinate office operations and ensure the smooth running of the workplace
- Support the wider team with administrative and operational tasks
- Manage invoices, expenses and general finance administration
- Liaise with external suppliers and professional service providers
- Coordinate team events and initiatives that support a positive office culture
- Assist with people processes, including performance review administration and employee benefits
- Support research, reporting and ad hoc business projects
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and embrace new technologies
- Provide flexible support across the business as priorities evolve
Who You Are
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Business Assistant or Operations Assistant role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive self-starter who enjoys solving problems and taking ownership
- Comfortable working across multiple priorities in a small, collaborative team
- Confident building relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
- Interest in technology, AI and process improvement
- Professional, adaptable and happy to get involved wherever needed
- Experience within financial services or investment management would be advantageous but is not essential
