A unique opportunity for an ambitious and highly organised Executive Team Assistant to support the wider senior leadership team across a fast-paced, high-performing environment. This role is ideal for someone with early-career assistant experience (a minimum of 2 years) in the investment sector or consultancy who's ready to take the next step and expand their responsibilities, exposure, and long-term career trajectory.
You’ll work closely with the collaborative EA team supporting Partners, Investment Directors, and Associates becoming a trusted right hand and a key operational anchor within the business. If you're looking for a role in which you can add value and take on additional duties beyond the highly important organisational task. This is a great opportunity.
This role will require you to be proactive, highly adaptable and client facing in your communication. You must 2–3 years’ experience as an assistant having worked within investment, private equity, asset management, or consultancy.
Key responsibilities, but are not limited to:
- Complex diary management, scheduling, and prioritisation across multiple time zones
- Preparing agendas, materials, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings
- End-to-end organisation of international travel, itineraries, and logistics
- Assisting with presentations, reports, and investor materials
- Acting as a key point of contact for investors, portfolio companies, and senior executives
