Experienced Education Recruitment Consultant
Location: Whitstable, Kent (10 minutes from the beach)
Salary: Above market rate + uncapped commission
Start Date: August / September

We are a leading education recruitment agency, trusted by schools nationwide for our sector expertise, outstanding reputation, and long-standing client partnerships. We are now seeking experienced consultants who can hit the ground running and take ownership of an established, high-performing desk within a supportive and successful team.
Important:Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months' experience in education recruitment. Unfortunately, applications from other recruitment sectors cannot be considered.

The Opportunity
You will be taking over a well-established SEN and Tuition desk due to maternity cover. The desk has a strong existing foundation, including:
- Over £9k billed in a single week earlier this year
- Confirmed booking days already secured for September, with further placements and rollovers in progress
- Major school clients, including one with an PSA currently being renewed
- A highly profitable tuition division with strong margins and confirmed September placements
This is a warm, active desk with immediate opportunity to build on existing success.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 12 months' experience in education recruitment (essential)
- Strong track record of building and maintaining school and candidate relationships
- Proactive, driven approach to business development
- Solid understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and the education sector
- Ambition to make a meaningful impact in education recruitment
