An established and growing financial planning firm is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join its professional and supportive team based in Exeter.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong individual looking to further develop their career within a collaborative environment that values continuous learning, professional development, and employee wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and paraplanning support to Financial Advisers.
• Research and prepare suitability reports and recommendations.
• Produce illustrations, process applications, and manage existing business.
• Prepare documentation and reports for client meetings.
• Maintain accurate client records and databases.
• Support compliance and regulatory processes.
• Liaise with clients, providers, and colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Assist with management reporting and administrative projects as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous paraplanning experience within financial services.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial planning.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Working towards, or holding, relevant financial planning qualifications would be advantageous.
