As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be providing essential support to students so they can succeed on their educational journey. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing the classroom for each session with your fellow class teachers
- Providing small-group or individual support to students as needed
- Assisting teachers with planning and record-keeping
- Supporting teachers in student behaviour management

The Perfect Teaching Assistant will
- Be patient and able to build strong relationships with children
- Possess an empathetic nature
- Have a kind, caring and approachable towards all students
- Have prior experience working with special needs students
- Showcase strong behavioural management skills
Requirements
- A current Enhanced DBS Certificate
- Availability to start work immediately
- Minimum 2 Years Experience
- Level 3 Qualification is ideal (Level 2 also accepted)
