The Position – EYE Lead

A welcoming primary school in Lambeth is seeking an experienced and dedicated EYE Lead to join their team from September. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Early Years provision, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning and assessment across Nursery and Reception.As EYE Lead, you will support and develop staff, monitor pupil progress, drive improvements across the setting and ensure the EYFS curriculum is delivered effectively. You will work closely with senior leaders, parents and external professionals to provide the best possible outcomes for all children. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework, excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of raising standards within Early Years.
