The ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or Education.
- 3–5 years EYFS or play-based international school experience.
- Strong expertise in the UK EYFS Framework and ELGs.
- Experience mentoring or training teachers.
- Experience with Monster Phonics & White Rose Maths.
- Curriculum development or academic leadership experience.
- Background in creative arts, environment design, or Reggio-inspired practice.
- Committed, self-motivated and creative
