A welcoming primary school in Rushden is seeking an EYFS Teacher to join their Early Years team from September. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging learning opportunities in line with the EYFS Framework
- Create a stimulating classroom that encourages curiosity, exploration, and independence
- Observe, assess, and monitor children's development to support their individual progress
- Adapt activities to meet the varying needs and abilities of all pupils
- Promote children's social, emotional, and communication development
- Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
- Contribute to the wider Early Years provision and school community
Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within EYFS is desirable
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
- Creative approach to teaching and learning
- Excellent classroom organisation and behaviour management skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Committed to supporting every child to achieve their full potential
