EYFS Teaching Assistant
Tradewind Recruitment are working with a welcoming primary school in Bolton seeking a caring and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from September.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting young children as they begin their educational journey.
The Role
- Support teaching and learning within the EYFS classroom
- Deliver engaging activities through play-based learning
- Assist with phonics, early reading and number work
- Encourage children's social, emotional and language development
- Work closely with the class teacher to create a positive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working within EYFS or a nursery setting
- A nurturing and patient approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential
