Wise May are recruiting for a Facilities Assistant to join a fast paced Facilities team with an Financial company in the City.
This is a permanent, full time office-based role. The hours for this role are 09:15 – 17:15.
Facilities Assistant duties and responsibilities:

Carry out morning floor walks to identify any facilities issues

Prepare meeting rooms and event spaces
-
Overseeing office maintenance and repairs
-
Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
-
Take responsibility for keeping the mailroom clean, tidy, and well-organised
-
Monitor printer supplies throughout the building
-
Managing tickers via the business ticket system
-
Oversee stationery inventory, place regular orders, and distribute supplies
-
Actively support the team in maintaining a clean, well-presented, and welcoming office environment

Receive and distribute fresh fruit deliveries to all tea kitchens across the building three times a week
Facilities Assistant key skills and experience required:
-
Excellent organisation skills
-
Good attention to detail
-
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
-
Skilled in Outlook, Word, and Excel
-
Experience in a professional services or corporate office environment
-
Experience in building and/or facilities management as well a knowledge of Health & Safety is desirable.
