As a Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our estate operating safely and efficiently. You’ll work closely with our Facilities Managers, contractors, and store teams to make sure maintenance issues are resolved quickly and to a high standard. It’s a role where your organisation, communication, and decision-making skills will really shine.

- Shifts of 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm, working 5 days out of 6 (Mon–Sat)
About the Role
You’ll be part of our busy Facilities Helpdesk team, supporting the Facilities Managers to deliver an effective maintenance and repair service across our property estate.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing maintenance requests – prioritising jobs, allocating work, and coordinating contractors
- Supporting planned & reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and building fabric
- Ensuring maintenance logs, schedules and documentation are completed accurately and on time
- Using our CAFM system to allocate jobs and update asset information
- Checking invoices and job sheets to ensure work is completed within agreed timescales and costs
- Liaising with Store and Area Managers to keep them updated on job progress
- Providing day-to-day support to help stores stay operational and deliver great customer service
What You’ll Need
- Experience allocating and managing contractors, ideally in a multi-site retail or commercial environment
- Understanding of reactive and planned maintenance, and statutory compliance
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible, proactive, “can-do” approach
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical or refrigeration services (desirable)
- Previous admin or data entry experience (desirable)
Qualifications:
- Good IT literacy (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Good standard of English and Maths
- Level 3 IWFM or IOSH qualification (desirable)
