An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Coordinator to join a prestigious global financial services organisation based in their stunning Birmingham offices.
You will play a key role in creating a professional and welcoming office for clients, visitors, and employees. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team that is committed to employee development, engagement, and workplace culture.
The Role
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to clients, visitors, and colleagues, ensuring an exceptional first impression at all times.
- Managing meeting room bookings and maintaining an accurate meeting room diary.
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing courier services.
- Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception and office environment.
- Ensuring filing systems and office records are accurate, organised, and up to date.
- Coordinating the dispatch of external post and managing the distribution of internal and external mail.
- Supporting new starters with office set-ups and conducting Health & Safety inductions.
- Assisting with general office administration to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
About You
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, friendly, and approachable manner.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house, hospitality, or office coordination role would be advantageous.
