FM Manager (E1) Location: Greenwich, London Reports to: Contract Manager
We’re looking for an organised, proactive FM Manager to support the delivery of Hard and Soft FM services across a busy multi-site contract. You’ll lead Premises Assistants, Helpdesk staff and Engineers, ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards, and act as a key point of contact for clients including G4S teams, school departments, SPC and Greenwich Council.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people at all levels, and has a strong eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- HR administration including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination and DBS/vetting
- Health & Safety compliance including statutory checks, reporting and maintaining trackers
- Operational support for the Contract Manager and Hard Services Manager
- Client liaison and participation in daily operational and management meetings
- Paymech administration and general contract support duties
What You’ll Bring
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office / Google Suite)
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organisation, accuracy and communication
- Knowledge of Paymech, COSHH, CAFM and compliance processes
- Confident, reliable and solutions-focused
