Facilities Manager – Global Law Firm
London
£65,000 – £70,000 + bonus + excellent benefits – Client Side
Monday to Friday, 5 days in office – 35 hrs per week.
Facilities Manager needed for a global law firm – we are seeking a polished and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth running, presentation and service standards of its London office.
This is a broad corporate facilities role, suited to someone who can take ownership of the workplace environment, manage internal service standards, and coordinate external providers.
The role will suit someone with experience across facilities, front of house, catering, office services and workplace standards.
Key responsibilities
Overseeing the day-to-day facilities operation of a professional London office.
Managing front of house, reception, catering and office services standards.
Ensuring meeting rooms, client areas, hospitality spaces, staff areas and general office presentation are maintained to a consistently high standard.
Coordinating building services, maintenance issues, contractors, landlord matters and external service providers.
Ensuring facilities issues are properly logged, followed up and resolved.
Managing catering standards, including menus, quality, service levels, supplier coordination and budget control.
Supporting the delivery of professional hospitality for internal meetings, client events and day-to-day office requirements.
Monitoring facilities budgets and ensuring costs are controlled appropriately.
Managing outstanding building or workplace issues and ensuring these are progressed efficiently.
Working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the office environment supports the needs of the business.
Ensuring the workplace remains safe, professional, well-presented and service-led.
Candidate profile
Previous Facilities Management experience in a corporate environment
Strong understanding of front of house, meeting room, workplace presentation standards, and hospitality.
Confident managing internal teams and external service providers.
Strong eye for detail and service standards.
Comfortable managing budgets, suppliers and day-to-day operational issues.
Professional, calm and confident when dealing with senior stakeholders.
