Facilities Supervisor
Location: Livingston
Salary: £33,099 per annum plus company vehicle and fuel card
Contract Type: Full time – Permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8-5
Mears Group has recently agreed the sale of its Facilities Management business (Morrison Facilities Services) to Apleona UK, a leading facilities management provider. About the role:
We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Facilities Supervisor to join our team in Livingston. You will work in a busy environment, supervising and managing work carried out by Facilities Operatives across several primary and academy schools, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance always.
Role Criteria:
· Previous experience in a supervisory or similar role
· Excellent attention to detail
· Proactive approach
· Can do attitude
· Ability to prioritise
· Basic IT skills
· Full UK driving licence
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
