- Pay: £12.71p/h – £16.90p/h – Weekly Pay
- Work Type: Temporary (Possibility to go permanent)
Hours: ( Must be able to work following rotating shift pattern )
- WEEK 1: Mon – Fri 2pm-10pm
- WEEK 2: Mon – Fri 6am-2pm
- WEEK 3: Sun- Thur 10pm-6am
HRGO Recruitment are seeking a skilled and efficient Factory Operative to join our clients factory based in Eastbourne. As a Factory Worker you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes.
Skills and attributes
- Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Basic IT Literacy Skills
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow production schedules and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Good attendance and timekeeping
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Report any issues or malfunctions with equipment to the supervisor
- Must be able to work in a team and independently
- MUST be able to work all three shift patterns
