An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a highly regarded, Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked law firm in Reading. This role offers exposure to high-quality, privately funded work within a well-established and supportive team.
This position is ideal for a driven and client-focused solicitor looking to handle complex family matters while benefiting from clear progression and strong internal support.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters, including:
- Divorce and financial remedy cases, including high-value and complex matters
- Private children disputes
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
- Cohabitation and separation agreements
- Advising clients on sensitive and often high-net-worth cases
You will work within a collaborative team environment, supported by a strong pipeline of work and established client base.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years PQE
- Strong experience in family law, ideally with privately funded matters
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
- Ambition to progress within a high-performing and reputable team
