G2 Legal Limited
Family Solicitor – 1+ PQE – South London
A boutique specialist family law practice in south London is looking for a Family Solicitor to join its team.
The Law Firm:
The firm has a strong reputation for handling high-quality matrimonial finance matters and private children work and is looking to grow due to increasing client demand. The culture is nimble and collaborative, with a mix of office-based and flexible working arrangements. There are many experienced Solicitors to learn from and grow your family law experience.
The Opportunity:
This is a newly created role for a family lawyer (approximately 1+ PQE) to join a privately funded family practice. The position will focus on matrimonial finance, private children/child arrangements, cohabitation/unmarried property disputes (TOLATA) and other associated private family issues.
The firm is looking for someone who can take ownership of appropriate files with supervision from senior colleagues as needed, helping relieve pressure on the existing team while maintaining high service levels.
Hybrid/Flexible Working:
The role is expected to be office-based initially; once performance and fit are established there is scope for hybrid working (typically up to around two days from home).
Part-time applications may be considered (ideally four days per week; three days may be possible).
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor around 1+ PQE (or equivalent level), open on exact level depending on candidate strength
- Solid, demonstrable experience in matrimonial finance/financial remedy work within a private client context
- Experience in private children/child arrangements matters desirable
- Commercially minded with evidence of strong performance/track record
- Able to handle appropriate files with limited supervision while learning from senior colleagues
This highly in demand role will not be available for very long. I highly encourage any suitable candidate to apply today for immediate consideration.
