A leading regional law firm is seeking a Family Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious family lawyer to handle a varied, high-quality caseload and progress within a supportive and well-respected practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a mixed caseload of private family law matters.
- Handling divorce, financial remedy, private children matters, and cohabitation disputes.
- Drafting statements, consent orders, agreements, and court applications.
- Conducting advocacy where appropriate.
- Building strong client relationships and supporting the firm’s business development initiatives.
- Working closely with senior solicitors and partners on complex cases.
Key Skills & Experience
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in family law (NQ to Senior considered).
- Experience handling private family matters.
- Strong communication, drafting, and client-care skills.
- Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
- A proactive, empathetic, and commercially minded approach.
