Salary: £50,000–£65,000 DOE
Working Pattern: Full-time | Hybrid (Up to 2 Days Working from Home)
A highly respected regional law firm is seeking a talented Private Family Solicitor (1-3 PQE) to join its highly respected regional law firm.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include managing a varied caseload of private family matters, such as:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy proceedings
- Cohabitation and property disputes
- Child arrangements and parental responsibility matters
- Domestic abuse applications
- Drafting court documents, witness statements, consent orders and settlement agreements
- Preparing pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
- Representing clients at court hearings where appropriate
- Providing practical, empathetic and commercially focused legal advice
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with senior colleagues on more complex and high-value matters
- Supporting the continued growth and success of the Family team
Who we are looking for
- Qualified Solicitor between 1 and 3 years' PQE in Private Family Law
- Experience managing privately funded family matters
- Excellent drafting, communication and client care skills
- Confident managing client relationships and progressing matters efficiently
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- An ambition to continue developing your technical expertise and career within a supportive environment
